This is one of my most favorite after training protein shake recipes. First of all I love it because it taste great and helps me get in that extra bit of protein I need after training. Furthermore It only takes a minute to make and travels very well. Finally it will break the monotony of that same old protein shake you always drink!
Not only does this shake or meal replacement take only a few minutes to prepare, this shake keeps you on point with your macros and nutrition while making it easier to avoid unhealthy fast food alternatives for a quick meal. Like we said earlier this protein shake sure beats blending up the same old combination of protein powder, ice and water in a shaker cup.

Conclusion: Give this shake a try I am sure you will like it as much as I do. Easy convient and full of great flavor. My favorite protein with this shake is French Vanilla or Banana Creme from Optimum Nutrition. Also works very well with Rocky Road or Chocolate Malt with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter sub for the vanilla pudding. Try it you’ll like it!
